What’s up guys! Welcome to my official website I’m stoked to have it up and running for you guys...I have the best fans around and this gives me a great ooprotuntiy to interact and get feedback from you guys. This is my first Blog on here and a lot has been going on since my last fight on UFC Versus 1 where I defeated Chase Gormely via KO in 47secs.

Things have really started to pick up a lot more appearances and signings for me which is always good. I’ve recently started working with THQ the makers of UFC Undisputed which is a blast. Although, I keep losing in the game to the winners of all these tournaments just not enough practice on my end lol I was at the UFC expo a couple of weeks ago and it was an experience that changed my view for ever on how much support and faith I have from the fans. Things out there where crazy! It was estimated 125,000 people in two days came through the convention center. Once I got back to Denver I’ve never trained so hard after realizing the effect I can have on people through fighting.

Things In Denver are going great I’ve been training with the usual suspects in preparation for my UFC 116 fight which will be aired live on SPIKE Prelims. My good friend and training partner Shane Carwin is the Main event so it couldn’t of worked out any better we have been pushing each other like never before. I’m excited to start the night off first and set the pace for Shane. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been and prepared for whatever happens in this fight. As always though I’m counting on another Knock out for my fans. This is a great fight to showcase my skills against a tough opponent in Chris Tuescheuer.
